At Carolina Metal Artisans we are very interested in what you have to say. Please contact us with your likes and dislikes. I guarantee you we will take whatever steps necessary to see that you are comfortable in giving us your business.
We work with several designers who like us are dedicated to bringing you new and creative looks that will compliment your home. After all our homes are where we feel the most comfortable. Our home is our sanctuary. We look forward to returning after a day at work, nothing feels better than opening that door and walking in.
With this in mind we created our line to be both good looking and practical. We will constantly update our line with new and creative items. We are open to suggestions from you. If you feel you have an item or items that could be offered please contact us and let us know. As a thank you should we decide to use your suggestion we will send you the first prototype as a gift.

Returns
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If your are not happy contact us within (1) week and we will arrange for the return. Please make sure the item is in the original condition and properly cartoned. A refund or credit will be issued depending on your choice less shipping charges both ways.
Damages
Unfortunately for us all sometimes shipping damages do occur. Should your carton appear overly torn or damaged please notify the carrier so they can make a note. Upon opening if your item is damaged contact us immediately and we will take care of getting it picked up for you. All you need to do is re-carton it in the original packaging.
